Embodying the Multidimensional Heart

Remembering the Living Flow of Source
It has been nearly a year since I began participating in the meditations offered by Dr. David Clements. What drew me was not complexity, but simplicity. From the beginning, the invitation has been clear: go within. Listen. Be guided by the Sacred Heart and by one’s own Source Self — not by external authority, not by prescribed frameworks, but by the living intelligence already present within.
Each meditation begins gently. We find our own rhythm of breathing and allow the body to soften. Then, gradually, we invite in aspects of our multidimensional being — fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, and most recently, ninth dimensional frequencies.
When I first began, these distinctions felt abstract. I had little experiential understanding of what differentiated one from another. Over time, however, each has revealed its own tone.
The fifth dimensional presence arrives as a release from the problem-creating and problem-solving mind. It carries a quality reminiscent of Thích Nhất Hạnh — a gentle returning to this moment. In its field, the nervous system exhales. There is nothing to accomplish. Nothing to become. A quiet sufficiency.
The sixth dimension has unfolded as a new relationship with the body itself. I have come to experience the body less as structure and more as living electrical symphony — toroidal flows within cells, currents around the heart, organic energetics dancing rather than moving along fixed pathways. Love is not an emotion layered upon the body; it is a vibratory intelligence moving through and as the body.
The seventh dimensional frequency has been familiar to me for many years, first encountered during shamanic journeys while living near Mount Shasta. In those journeys, I was shown the spaciousness within what appears solid. The atoms of trees would gently separate, not dissolving but revealing the space that was always present. Eventually I was invited to experience my own body this way. Nothing is as fixed as it seems. Spaciousness exists within and around all form.
The eighth dimension took longer to recognize. Gradually it revealed itself as a vast field of relational intelligence — a meeting place of currents. It feels as though it holds gateways to the heart of Gaia and the heart of Sol, while simultaneously providing space for the synergy between my own Source Being, the Infinite Source of All, and interstellar or interdimensional intelligences. It is less a place than a harmonic convergence.
Only recently have I begun exploring the ninth dimensional frequency. Here, communication feels more direct — not through physical sight or sound, but as a subtle peripheral knowing. What I have come to call my Love/Light team becomes more tangible. Some traditions would name such beings Arcturians or Pleiadians. I simply experience them as advanced expressions of love-intelligence in relationship. There is also a resonance I perceive as connected to the Galactic Core — an interdimensional communion that feels both vast and intimate.
A few years ago, I would not have spoken of such things. Even now, I do so gently. Yet something in me recognizes their reality — not as fantasy, but as relational presence felt at the edges of perception.
Recently, as I repeated a meditation focused on cultivating living organic energy flows within the body, something shifted.
As each dimensional aspect was invited, its flow became more tangible. The heart’s welcome deepened. The currents felt richer, more embodied. I perceived spaciousness opening not only within and between cells, but within thoughts, emotions, and subtle energetic fields. The seventh dimensional spaciousness loosened what had felt solid. The sixth dimensional living flow began to move differently through tissues, nerve endings, even bone marrow.
With quiet intention, I invited the release of old assumptions — that trauma must be stored in cells as permanent imprint; that aches and restrictions are fixed consequences of genetics, ancestry, karma, or history. I invited the body to learn a new language: playful, organic, renewing.
What I perceived was not dramatic. It was gentle. As though old adhesive beliefs were dissolving — sticky residues between atoms and memories, between thought and tissue — loosening their grip. The possibility emerged that healing need not be incremental reconstruction, but the natural result of restoring joyful flow.
My mind still hesitates at such a thought. Can it truly be that effortless? After decades of striving, practices, initiations, and careful inner work? Would it mean that illness and limitation were carried unnecessarily?
Or were all those years not wasted, but preparatory — aligning inner and outer currents until the door could open? Perhaps the question does not matter. What matters is willingness to step across the threshold now.
There is another subtle shift as well. As a young woman, I longed to be a vessel through which divine love could pour into the world. Now I recognize something more intimate and more radical: I am not a vessel for Source Love. I am an expression of it. As are you. As are the trees, the stones, the animals, the stars. All is infinitely one, and each expression infinitely unique.
The experience I describe is not something that must be recreated through effort. It is not conjuring a rare alchemy. It feels more like remembering. A truth that can be revisited at any moment.
It does not need to arrive as lightning. It may instead become a touchstone — quietly obvious, gently enlivening — something I return to when called.
For now, my next step is simple: to return to the meditations as often as my heart invites. And between times, to notice the subtle tingle of recognition.
The quiet joy of being.

Quick Notes and Flashes of Insight
This is a new section in Field Notes for the immediate images and messages which come into my days. Just a few words, a flash of insight that can spark it’s own flame within you.
2/24/26 — There have been huge shifts and transformation since my last note, within my own being, within the collective of humanity, within the ascension process of Gaia and throughout our solar system. There is no way to retrace the steps. One reality is dissolving quickly into insignificance and another is emerging with more loving intelligence and power every day. We have entered the time of Heart-Centered living as beings of source love in human form.
This entire portal remains true and yet so many of the details are still not taking their new form. I will write more when the time comes. In the meantime, I am open to receiving your messages, questions and requests for time to listen together as we move into this wondrous unknown new way of being.
1/24/26 — Being a heart-centered being, guided by the loving intelligence flowing from the core of my being, has become a key element in my unfolding journey. From our heart connection with our own Source Being, we live as the potent expressions of Infinity Source Love which has, is and will ever be creating the cosmos. As we live from our heart, our mind, body, and all the aspects of our human form become extensions of the heart and are guided in their expression by this expansive, loving, unifying energy. You only need to ask the Source Being within you. It knows how to work the magic of this transformation.
11/8/25 — I keep receiving the message from my Source Self and Love/Light team that there is nothing I have to do. There is nothing for me to figure out; nothing for me to fix, nothing for me to learn, become or even discover. There is an end to all of the trying, efforting, seeking, practicing… of my spiritual path. There is nothing I have to do, because all that I have been seeking has always been true. I am Love, Life, Light.
And the remembering is not a task. The vibration of Source Love is moving in, around and through all of us and it is this vibration which is dissolving all that I have clung to as my spiritual tasks in life.
I’m invited to rest and to read my light fiction book. Watch the birds in the yard or go to old Miss Marple movies on the TV. There is nothing for my mind to worry over or work out. It does not even have to be still.
I am not in training. I am not an expectant mother, tending to the transformation within my being. I am not on assignment here to help being about the evolutionary jump of humanity and Earth. I am not here to prove my faith or my multidimensional understanding.
I am simply here. Light shining, because that is what light does. Love singing in joy, because that is the frequency of love. I breathe the Breath of God as the living energy of the cosmos.
There is a freedom in all of this that I cannot grasp. What is it like to release all of the compression of expecting myself to do, be, become? What awaits when I no longer believe there is someone I need to be?
11/7/25 — I continue with the meditation/activation sessions offered by David Clements/ Infinite Source Creations: remembering the Source Love Intelligence which is the essence of my being and of all of life. There is a rhythm of inviting in living energy and a richer infusion with this Source Love, followed by a pulse of releasing from body and mind old patterns and thoughts which have limited that flow. Layer upon layer, I am feeling lighter.
There are also moments when the depth of this transformation startles me.
In a recent meditation, my guides asked, “Would you be willing to remain here, in this human form, for another 50+ years to see this evolutionary step for humanity through?”
At 67-years-old I paused over the simple issue of longevity. I soon realized this is not about a commitment of time, but to the depth of this process. Things feel like they are moving extremely fast, and that the shifts and changes are massive. Yet, to reorient human inner direction from the conditioned mind to the sacred heart, and open the physical body and mind to the flows of living energy that unite us with the cosmos — that is quite a journey.
I am still living my way into the answer to this question. I have always loved interacting with the mystical, the unseen, the sacred flows beyond thoughts. I am excited by the images of fully embodying creative, loving light. They ripple joy through my system.
I think I am like many, who stand at the threshold, willing, excited, a bit terrified of the adventure and the trust it requires. Not trust in something outside of myself. But trust that I really am the presence of God, the essence of Source Love Intelligence in a human expression, and that I have not seen anything yet.
10/8/25 –I have been following the meditations of Dr. David Clements, (Infinite Source Creations), since the beginning of the year. He speaks in a unique way about all people as expressions of Source Love Intelligence — each of us a distinct embodiment of that presence in human form. He also offers new insights into how living energy moves in ways quite different from what we were taught in school.
I share this because I feel infused with Source Love Intelligence and living energy in a new way this morning. It is as though a dance of life is moving through my body and mind, gently releasing the density and compression within both my physical form and the layers of thought, belief, and perception that shape how I experience myself and the world.
My body feels less like a machine of systems and chemistry, and more like a constellation of living energy — swirls of light flowing among atoms and cells. I sense that even the “rules” I once believed governed this body are melting away, replaced by a deeper music that sings through all the particles and atoms the cosmos.
10/1/25 — During my meditation this morning I was feeling the anticipation of something big just on the horizon. There are many pointing to major shifts in human consciousness and in the vibration of Humanity and Earth which will occur in the coming weeks, by December Solstice, and in waves throughout the next two years.
I suddenly had a flash of memory of a scene from Disney’s “Frozen” movie, where the young woman is joyfully singing, “I am the one I have been waiting for all of my life!” And the message dropped in from my Source Self, “Live in the now. Enter this day singing, ‘This is the day I have waited for all of my life.’ There is no need to look to the horizon. Today is the day you are free to live the fullness of your loving intelligence being. Today, is the day you can feel your Source Self infusing every cell, every atom of your being.”
This brought a tremendous surge of joy, excitement and playful openness to the day. I share it with you too will feel the spark of this energy moving through your being.
